“What Do You Believe In Echo?”

Where do I start?

I believe in a lot of different shit. What do I mean by believe? Meaning…I read it, saw it somewhere, or hear my inner voice clearly and thought “that rings true”. Does it mean that I always use empirical evidence derived by way of the scientific method to make me believe what I believe? No. That’s ok because a lot of ppl believe in shit that they didn’t apply one single step of the scientific method to, in order TO believe that shit at all. I’d say most ppl don’t even know what the scientific method is or what empirical evidence means. Welp.

What are some of the things that I believe ring as true? In other words, things that exist outside of my mind, that exist regardless of my physical existence in this dimension. I believe I exist. I also believe that every lifeform on Earth is a version of myself allowing me to see life from trillions of different perspectives. I’m just more in tune with this timeline and identity this time around, so I see life through these eyes the most this reincarnation. Oh yea, I believe in that.

So…I believe I exist and that everything is really one thing. I believe in aliens. This means lifeforms from outside this planet that arrived here once, are still here, that help us and sometimes destroy us. Why do I believe this? Because it makes logical sense to me. If one factors in the numbers, probabilities, the capabilities of life being created, the vastness of the universe, etc., there is no way we haven’t been visited. Maybe even been spawned by. It’s been said that the building blocks of our DNA has been found on meteorites. As in, we are from space, in some way shape or form.

I believe in some mathematics, science and pseudoscience. I do believe in the Fibonacci sequence being a mathematical pattern found embedded/imprinted into nature. A design that is part of the blueprint that makes everything. I believe in U-set mathematics which incorporate open numbers, meaning not just a 2 or a 7 but, all numbers before and after each number, i.e. .0000002, .000002, .0002, .002, .02, .2, etc. It’s called the Whole, as in everything is one, a math system involving all numbers possible, like a reflection of life which involves all lifeforms possible. This math reflects life. We’re taught N-set arithmetic in school. Closed numbers. Oh.

When I say I believe in science, I mean physics, quantum mechanics, biology, chemistry, astronomy. I’d say Natal astrology too but, that’s probably pseudoscience nowadays while everybody still thinks astrology is an actual science.

I, of course, think that many things that are called pseudoscience are real. This could mean philosophical ideologies such as the existence of a soul (a tripartite one), consciousness, Loosh, ESSE, meditation, astral projection, lucid dreams, etc. The “evidence” I’d have to back up these up as reality wouldn’t be acceptable to most, if not all, scientists but, I still believe in them. I feel them.

I also believe in things that would define one as a conspiracy theorist. I think there’s a lot of esoteric knowledge that exists that has been, and is, suppressed, withheld or destroyed by people in power around Earth, that want to stay in power. That power is hereditarily handed down, stolen, or killed for. It’s a controlling power and people that are weak in the mind and spirit need that kind of power to survive. Intelligence doesn’t equal empathy so, as smart as many evil people can be, that intellect doesn’t help them see life as it truly is…oneness and inter-connectedness. You can’t understand what life is and is about, and not understand inter-connectedness. They’re hand in hand.

I believe in love, ghosts, gravity, dimensions, frequencies, free-will, genius, spirit, chakras, ego, “physical matter”, emotions and desires.

I dig sneakers, love sports, am hip-hop, and I think the future I’ve envisioned as the world I’ll live in is very possible and has already started to take shape. 🙏🏼

The Truth About Hillary

I’m scared to even post these 5 documents but, I have to.

Look below at what happened to a bunch of people after fucking with Bill Clinton and his handler Hillary Rodham. It’s no coincidence that she’s running for President now.

There Was No Christopher Colombus

Here’s a little story about a Goddess you might remember from school when you were learning Greek or Egyptian history. Maybe not. Either way, there are people today that know A LOT about her. Still worship her. Fuck with your head just to recognize her presence. Peep it…

Semiramis – (Sammu-Ramat)

(9th century B.C.E.)

Semi-legendary Assyrian Queen. Some legends have her raised by doves in the desert, born the daughter of the goddess Atargatis. Her first husband was said to have been the governor of Nineveh, Menones or Omnes. King Ninus of Babylon became captivated by her beauty, and after her first husband conveniently committed suicide, he married her. That may have been the first of his two biggest mistakes in judgment. The second came when Semiramis, now Queen of Babylon, convinced Ninus to make her “Regent for a Day.” He did so – and on that day, she had him executed, and she took the throne.

Her legend attracted not only the attention of Greek historians, but the attention of novelists, historians and other storytellers through the centuries since. Great warrior queens in history have been called the Semiramis of their times. Rossini’s opera, Semiramide, premiered in 1823. In 1897, the Semiramis Hotel was opened in Egypt, built on the banks of the Nile. It remains a luxury destination today, near the Museum of Egyptology in Cairo. Many novels have featured this intriguing, shadowy queen.

The symbol for this “serpent Queen” of Babylon became a DOVE by her worshippers in the Illuminati throughout history.

Connecting dots yet people? Try this on.

The surname Colombe was an occupational name for a keeper of doves or pigeons having derived from the Old French word colombe, which means dove. She is also known to be represented by bees or a beehive to symbolise the Queen Bee/Mother.

Columbe means Dove in French.

Still think people in power are “normal” like you and me? Think again. They worship and perform sacrificial rituals to their gods and goddesses depending on the type of Masonic/Illuminati worship they are involved in. And they use symbolism to mark territories and if you dont believe metake a look at this.

Who discovered America again? According to the lies, Christopher Columbus! Whose real name, if you check his genealogy, was Colon and he adopted the name Columbus. I wonder why. Here’s why.

The Captains Flag of Columbus, one of several that he flew. It has an F (Fernando) and Y (Ysabel), King and Queen of Spain, with a cross between the initials with royal crowns above the initials. This flag was not Christopher Columbus’ personal flag. The other flags that Columbus few were the Castile and Leon (flag of Spain with a serpent on it coincidentally!) and the Royal Flag of the Catholic Kings which was white with the coat of arms of the Catholic Kings.

What else do we have?

Oh yea, British, COLUMBIA in Canada right?

Washington D.C. (District of COLUMBIA) where our CAPITAL is right?

COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY –

Founded in 1754 as King’s College by royal charter, it is the oldest institution of higher learning in the State of New York.

COLUMBIA PICTURES –

Columbia’s logo is the female personification of the USA, Columbia, holding a torch. Looks familiar huh? Can you say Statue of Liberty? And that came from France as a gift, right?? And Columbe means what in French again?? Dove? Exactly. Anyone see Semiramis in that depiction up there?

COLUMBINE HIGH SCHOOL –

I wonder why those kids shot up THAT school and not Hoover High School or LaGuardia High School or some other high school. What a coincidence, huh?????? The Columbine High School massacre occurred on Tuesday, April 20, 1999, at Columbine High School in unincorporated Jefferson County, Colorado, near Denver and Littleton. Two teenage students, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, carried out a shooting rampage, killing 12 fellow students and a teacher, as well as wounding 24 others, before committing suicide. It is considered to be the deadliest school shooting, and the second deadliest attack on a school in United States history. Several of the victims who were believed to have been killed for their religious beliefs became a source of inspiration to others, notably Christians, and led some to lament the decline of religion in public education and society in general.

They killed 12 people?? Wounded 24?? Can you say numerology people?? 2 boys involved?

Connect The Dots.

The 5 Stages Of Change

As you know I have been struggling with a post I am trying to write about parents and kids, feeding and weight.  I have SO much to say on the topic that it will end up being several posts!

I also want to do a post about loved ones who need to make changes to their health or diet, but refuse, leaving us shaking in frustration.

What I think these topics have in common is an understanding of the psychology of change.  The following is based on the book Changing for Good by James Prochaska, PhD and is the basis I use when evaluating a new client or dealing with a client who proves to be resistant to change despite having hired me to help her do just that.

As you see in the above figure, in order to make behavior changes, most people go through at least 5 distinct stages.  We move in a spiral pattern upwards through the stages, but I would add that there can be, and usually is, some back-sliding between stages.

Below is an explanation of each stage in detail.  See if you can identify where you yourself currently sit in relation to some behavior you are wishing to change:

Stage One:  Pre-Contemplation

In this stage, you are not aware or deny there is a problem at all. You blame circumstances beyond your control.

“My doctor says I need to lower my cholesterol but I can’t help my love of fatty foods.  I’ll be fine.  “

“I can’t lose weight because of my wife’s cooking.”

“I can’t cook these new foods because my family will reject them and starve.”

“I can’t manage this life stress without chocolate.”

“Its better to be fat and happy than skinny and starving all the time!”

Stage One Action Step:  Fact-finding and reflection to gain awareness and ownership of the problem.  Focus on the facts of your situation and become aware of the benefits of this behavior.  Yes, I said benefits of the behavior!  You wouldn’t be engaging in harmful behavior if it weren’t serving some very good purpose for you!  Make a list of pros and cons for behavior change.  If the pros don’t significantly out-weigh the cons, you are not ready to move on.

Stage Two:  Contemplation

You have declared your intention to change but just don’t feel ready to take immediate action. Maybe you take a few steps towards your goal but then get knocked off course and wonder where your motivation went.  Frustrating!

Stage Two Action Step:  Jumping into full action while still in this stage can result in failure – that two steps forward, to steps back dance, or quitting altogether.  To successfully complete this stage, make sure you fully understand the health risks you face.  One important process used by successful changers is to get emotionally aroused by the problem.  Try to imagine what your life will be like in 5, 10, 15 years if you do NOT make changes.  This is also a stage to ask for support (hello health coach!) and to continue to do the pro and con list.

Stage Three:  Preparation

It’s still not pedal to the metal time!  Jumping into action too early can backfire as yo-yo weight loss/gain, drug or smoking relapses.  In this stage you move from self-criticism to future vision.  Motivation begins to switch from “away from” to “towards” motivators. (“Away from” motivators are the things you are running away from ie: diabetes, divorce, lung cancer, low self-esteem. “Towards” motivators are the things you are moving towards with excitement: new clothes, being cancer free, getting off medication, feeling great about yourself.)

Stage Three Action Step:  You start making small positive changes slowly and gently (baby steps as they are often called).  Once you are regularly performing one of your steps without too much struggle, you can add the the next small step.  From here on out you begin repeating the desired actions over and over again which leads to…

Stage Four:  Action

You have finally arrived at the stage you have been waiting for!  In this stage you begin to find alternatives to bad habits and replace them.  But don’t put yourself into “testing” situations quite yet (ie going on vacation right when you are settling into a new diet).

Stage Four Action Step:  Begin to visualize how you will look and feel when you have made the desired change.  It is often hard for people to imagine themselves at goal until this point.  It is also important to pre-plan rewards for yourself as you achieve short-term goals.  Focus closely on keeping yourself on track each day.  This is no time to lose your clarity and regress to previous stages.

Stage Five:  Motivate/Maintain

This is the stage most people omit with disastrous results!  Your work is not done just because you have achieved your goal.  In my opinion, it is just beginning!

Stage Five Action Steps:  Keep a list handy of the negative aspects of your old problem-causing behavior.  It seems obvious but honestly you WILL forget how bad you felt before!!  Continue to remind yourself why you are doing this.  Note the difficulties you have overcome to get here.  Give yourself tons of credit but stay on your toes.  Constantly renew your commitment and find new challenges.  If you do relapse, evaluate the situation immediately and learn from it.
